Sandy Monteith

Training Coordinator, Catastrophic Care Management at Paradigm

Sandy Monteith has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Sandy began their career at Rinehart's of Walnut Creek in 1994 as a Store Manager, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, as well as managing vendor accounts. In 2004, they transitioned to The Ryness Company as an Administrative Assistant until 2010. In 2013, Sandy joined Paradigm as an Administrative Assistant in Network Services, providing support to nurses and doctors in various tasks. Sandy then moved on to the role of Training Coordinator in Catastrophic Care Management at Paradigm in 2016, where they organized training content, supported the development of educational material, and tracked external approvals.

Sandy Monteith attended Diablo Valley College from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained their Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Additionally, in 2012, they attended Martinez Adult Education Business Training Center, where they completed a program in Medical Front Office Receptionist.
