Molly O'Keefe

Molly O'Keefe has extensive experience in the entertainment industry, with a focus on development and production. Molly is currently the Head of Development US at Paradiso, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to this, Molly worked as a Development and Production Consultant for producer Debbie Liebling from January 2019 to May 2021.

From 2015 to 2018, Molly held multiple roles at the Tribeca Film Institute, including Senior Director of Artist Programs and Director of Scripted Programming. In these positions, they oversaw various artist development programs and worked with partners such as A&E Films, AT&T, and CNN Films. Molly also provided mentorship and support to program alumni.

Before joining the Tribeca Film Institute, Molly served as the Director of Development and Production at Sundance Productions from June 2013 to August 2015. Molly also worked at Red Hour Films as a Coordinator (Television) and as an Assistant to Debbie Liebling in 2012.

Molly began their career in the industry as a Production Secretary for The Tim Gunn Project in 2007.
