Caitlyn Pace

Caitlyn Pace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caitlyn began their career in 2011 as a Head Camp Counselor at Pearce Community Center and also held a role in customer service and membership sales during their time there. In 2016, Caitlyn became a Personal Assistant at Beckwith Residential Support Services and a Sales Associate at Illini Union Bookstore. In 2019, they joined Best Buddies in Illinois as an Intern and later worked as an Employment Consultant and Program Supervisor for their Jobs program. Caitlyn then served as the Deputy Director for Jobs before transitioning to their current position at Paradox, where they work as a Client Success Specialist and recently took on the role of Client Success Manager in 2022.

Caitlyn Pace completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Illinois Central College from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, in July 2022, Caitlyn obtained a certification in "Communicating through Disagreement" from LinkedIn.
