Kati Heng

Client Success Specialist at Paradox

Kati Heng started their work experience in 2013 with roles at Sabon as a Marketing and Public Relations associate and at Where® as an Associate Travel Editor/Asia Editor. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Minneapolis Ragstock Co as an Assistant Store Manager, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, sales, and employee management. In 2016, they joined Nordstrom Trunk Club as a Customer Care Specialist and later took on the role of Customer Care Lead, where they provided coaching and handled escalated customer contacts. In 2021, they became a Quality Supervisor at Nordstrom Rack and then moved on to work as a Client Success Specialist at Paradox in 2022.

Kati Heng completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism at Northwestern College from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism, with a focus on Writing & Rhetoric, during the same period at Northwestern College.
