John Nichols

John Nichols has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. John started their career at Ruppert Landscape in 2009, where they worked as an IT Analyst for a year. In 2011, they joined Paradyme Inc. as a Business Intelligence Analyst and held this position till 2013. John then transitioned into a Consultant role at the same company, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to the present, John has been serving as a Program Manager at Paradyme Inc. for the Census SOA contract. In this role, they are responsible for leading and managing API and Middleware delivery for the Census Enterprise and has been guiding and coaching the program's SAFe implementation.

John Nichols obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences & Technology from Penn State University from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 DevOps Practitioner, Certified SAFe® 4 Release Train Engineer, Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master, Java Web Development Certification, Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant, and Project Management Professional (PMP). The certifications were obtained from institutions such as Scaled Agile, Inc., Learning Tree International, and the Project Management Institute, in the years 2015 to 2022.
