Dr. Martin Esser

Dr. Martin Esser has extensive work experience in various financial and managerial roles. Dr. Martin'smost recent position was as Chief Financial Officer and member of the management board at paragon GmbH & Co KgaA, starting in March 2020. Prior to that, they served as CFO and Managing Director at Neapco Europe for a period of 10 years, from December 2010 to February 2020. Dr. Esser also worked at Susat & Partner OHG as a Prokurist, Wirtschaftsprüfer, and Steuerberater from July 2006 to November 2010, and at Warth & Klein Grant Thornton AG in the same roles from February 2000 to June 2006. Dr. Martin has a strong educational background, having pursued an MBA at the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management in 1999.

Dr. Martin Esser has a strong educational background in business administration. Dr. Martin obtained their Dipl. Kaufmann degree in Business Administration from the University of Düsseldorf in 2000. Following this, they pursued further academic achievements and completed their Promotion/PhD in Business Administration from the same university in 2004. In addition to their formal education, they hold certifications in various fields. Dr. Esser obtained their Diplom Kaufmann (MBA) from Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf in 2000. Dr. Martin also holds certifications as a Wirtschaftsprüfer (German Certified Public Accountant, CPA) from Wirtschaftsprüferkammer, and as a Steuerberater (German Certified Public Tax Advisor) from Ministerium der Finanzen, in the years 2005 and 2003 respectively.
