Stanley started their career at Daimler Chrysler in 1997, where they worked in manufacturing engineering and provided support for various engine programs. In 2005, they joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Supplier Quality Specialist, managing supplier quality for automotive production parts and overseeing the development of supplier quality processes and standards. Stanley then moved on to Paragon Metals, Inc. in 2016, serving as the Global Quality Assurance Manager and later as the Director of Asian Operations and Quality Assurance. In these roles, they supervised purchasing and supplier quality teams, managed the supplier base in China and South Korea, and played a key role in program management, supplier development, and quality controls for major automotive projects. Stanley Zhou holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Stanley obtained this degree before or in the year 1999. Prior to their Ph.D., they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, graduating before or in 1992.
