Taylor T. has over fifteen years of experience in the education sector. In 2005, Taylor began their career as an Elementary Special Education Teacher for Richmond County Public Schools. In 2008, they moved to Shiawassee RESD/Clinton County RESA as a School Psychologist. From 2011 to 2017, Taylor worked as a School Psychologist for Chesterfield County Public Schools. In 2017, they joined PresenceLearning as a Manager of Clinical Operations for Psychoeducational Services & Mental Health, a Clinical Account Manager, and a Lead Clinician. In this role, Taylor coordinated psychoeducational and behavioral-mental health services for 12 school districts across eleven states. In 2023, Taylor was appointed as a School-based Provider Team Lead for Parallel.

Taylor T. obtained a B.A. in Social Relations and Policy from James Madison College at Michigan State University between 2001 and 2004. Taylor then obtained a M.Ed. in School Psychology from William & Mary in 2006 and 2007, followed by an Ed.S. in School Psychology from the same institution between 2007 and 2009. In 2009, Taylor T. obtained a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) from the National Association of School Psychologists. In 2011, they obtained a Pupil Personnel Services License from the Virginia Department of Education.
