Andrea Castillo is currently the Director of Communication & Culture at Parallel Staff, specializing in technology innovation services with a focus on computer software development. With a background in organizational and talent development, Andrea has previous experience working at companies such as Emerson Automation Solutions and Bimcon as a Consultant Sr. in Change Management. Andrea also has experience as a Human Resources Manager in the Andean region for Ecolab.
