Emma Matusow

Emma Matusow is an experienced professional in talent relations and production, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Relations at Paramount since April 2023. Previously, Emma held a similar position at SHOWTIME from April 2018 to April 2024, where roles also included Senior Director and Director of Talent Relations & Events. Other notable experience includes a role in development at NBCUniversal Media, Development Producer at TEGNA, and Producer on the Daytime Emmy-winning culinary talk show "The Chew" at Disney ABC Television Group. Emma's early career includes production roles at Food Network, Rock Shrimp Productions, 3 Ball Entertainment/ABC, HARPO Productions, and a position as Audience Page on "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." Emma holds a B.S. in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in French from New York University and has studied at The American University of Paris.
