Raphael M Almeida has extensive experience in various roles within the marketing and digital field. Raphael began their career as an SEO Specialist at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul in 2013. From there, they moved on to work as a Gerente de E-commerce e BI at Connect Parts, where they managed a team and was responsible for developing reports, workflow planning, and implementing new tools and channels.

Following their time at Connect Parts, Raphael joined Volkswagen Comasa as a Business Process Consultant, Marketing & Digital Manager, and Digital Marketing Manager. In these roles, they contributed to the implementation of business processes, managed digital marketing strategies, and oversaw the marketing of Volkswagen Comasa.

In 2017, Raphael transitioned to Movida Seminovos, where they served as the Coordenador de marketing digital, overseeing the digital marketing initiatives of the company. Raphael then joined GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) as a Digital, Mídia & Ecommerce Council Member, where they shared their expertise in digital and e-commerce with the group.

In 2018, Raphael joined Movida Aluguel de Carros as the Coordenador de desenvolvimento e inovação. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and managing systems, digital solutions, e-commerce, integrations, and applications. Raphael successfully completed projects such as the development of the MovidaSeminovos.com website.

In 2019, Raphael worked concurrently at EDP as a Product Owner and at ComSchool as a Professor of Inbound Marketing. At EDP, they held the role of Product Owner, while at ComSchool, they shared their knowledge of inbound marketing with students.

Following this, Raphael joined Portocred Financeira in 2021 as a Product Owner (CRM Salesforce) before moving on to their current role as a Product Owner (Chatbot) at Paraná Banco S/A in 2022.

Raphael M Almeida attended Ecossistema Inova in 2017, where they obtained a Master's degree in Digital Business with a specialization in Marketing. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Anhanguera Educacional. Additionally, from 2007 to 2009, they completed a Technologist degree in Data Processing at the same institution.

Raphael M Almeida also holds several certifications. In September 2014, they obtained a certification in Front End VTEX from VTEX. In May 2014, they received a certification in Google Search Advanced from Google. Furthermore, in November 2011, they obtained a certification in MySQL - Modulo II, and in July 2011, they obtained a certification in PHP - Módulo I, both from Impacta Tecnologia. Additionally, in May 2011, they acquired a certification in Java Programmer - Módulo I and another in MySQL - Modulo I from the same institution.
