Deborah Goldstein has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Deborah currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at ParcelShield Holdings, LLC since February 2023. Deborah served as the Chief Transformation Officer at Southeastern Grocers from January 2021 to December 2021. Deborah also held multiple executive roles at Southeastern Grocers, including EVP of Operational Excellence, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Central Operations, and Vice President of Supply Chain. Before joining Southeastern Grocers, Deborah was the Owner and Principal of DFG Supply Chain Consulting from November 2014 to November 2015. Deborah served as the Vice President of Industrial Demand Planning & Customer Fulfillment at McCormick from July 2011 to October 2014. Prior to that, they held senior director positions at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, where they oversaw retail replenishment, inventory management, and commercial operations. Deborah also had their own consulting firm, DFG Consulting, from May 2003 to November 2005. Deborah began their career at L'Oreal USA as an Assistant Vice President of Forecasting and later worked as the Director of Demand Planning at Guinness Bass Import Company. Before that, they worked as a Manager of Supply Chain Consulting at KPMG.

Deborah Goldstein received their Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain from Michigan State University, graduating in 1986. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at West Bloomfield High School. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in January 2021.
