Sophie Horgan

Sophie Horgan is an experienced professional in training and program management, currently serving as the Senior Training and Programme Manager at Parent Gym since September 2015. In this role, Sophie oversees a series of evidence-based workshops that empower parents in areas of multiple deprivation across London, Leeds, Brighton, and Bradford. With a progressive career at Parent Gym, Sophie has held various positions including Training and Programme Manager, Senior Programme Executive, Programme Executive, and Programme Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as a Social Media Intern at Jack Wills and a Resourcer at Camino Partners Ltd, where Sophie focused on recruitment in the staffing sector. Additionally, Sophie contributed as a full-time volunteer with City Year UK, mentoring and tutoring primary school students. Sophie holds an MA Hons in Archaeology from The University of Edinburgh.
