Jesse Varela

Jesse Varela is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Paris Baguette America since June 2023, Varela previously held the same position at Modern Restaurant Concepts from August 2018 to June 2023, overseeing operations for Modern Market Eatery and Lemonade Restaurant Group. Additional experience includes roles such as Vice President of Operations for Pieology Pizzeria, Area Director of Operations for Lemonade Restaurant Group, Joint Venture Partner at Panera Bread/Paradise Bakery, and Operating Partner at P.F. Chang's China Bistro.
