Olumuyiwa Fafure SFC™ has a diverse range of work experience. In their most recent role as the Head of Shared Services at Grand Towers Limited, they oversee multiple departments including Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Administration, and Procurement. They play a crucial role in guiding strategies and operations to drive corporate goals and growth. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Scout at Pariti. Before that, they held the position of Group Head of Human Resources at SEPTEM VII INVESTMENTS where they provided strategic HR support to the real estate and manufacturing arms of the business. They successfully managed various HR initiatives and strategies and supported three large subsidiaries. As the Business Manager at STRONGMAS AUTOMOBILE, their responsibilities included overseeing performance management and driving productivity. They also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bode Adediji Partnership on a contract basis, where they oversaw talent acquisition and executed HR programs and initiatives. Prior to that, they held the position of HR & Administration Manager at Averti Professional Managers, where they played a key role in managing the HR and administration function of the organization. In their earlier career, they worked as an Administrative Officer at Omoregie Motors Nig Ltd, where they provided strategic support to the management team. They also worked as a Tutor during their NYSC at Model Comprehensive Girls' Sec. School, Abakaliki.

Olumuyiwa Fafure SFC™ has a diverse educational background spanning their academic and professional career. In 1995 to 2000, they attended Tonia International College in Lagos, Nigeria, and obtained their Senior School Certificate Examination (O'Level). Moving forward, in 2003 to 2008, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Obafemi Awolowo University. Later, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Lagos.
