Randy Turkovics

Randy Turkovics has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Randy has held various leadership roles, including Head of West Coast Operations at Park Square Homes and Small Business Owner at Lornic Custom Contractors, LLC. Prior to that, Randy served as Division President at Neal Signature Homes Inc., where they demonstrated success in product planning and development, strategic and tactical strategies, and compliance management. Randy also has experience as Building Company President at Arthur Rutenberg Homes and VP of Operations at both Mattamy Homes and Sam Rodgers Homes. With a background in construction management, sales management, and risk management, Randy brings dedicated professionalism and the ability to handle demanding priorities.

Randy Turkovics attended the University of Florida from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Construction Engineering/Management. In 2002, Randy also attended the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College. Additionally, Randy holds a certification as a Florida Certified General Contractor from the FDPR, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
