Ed Menger

Ed Menger has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in the energy industry. Ed currently serves as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Parker Wellbore since December 2022. Prior to this, Ed worked as an Associate General Counsel at Nabors Industries from December 2021 to December 2022. Ed also served as the Interim General Counsel at Arena Energy, LLC from July 2020 to May 2021, where they played a crucial role in facilitating the sale of company assets through a Chapter 11 restructuring process. Before that, Ed held various positions at Parker Drilling Company, including Chief Restructuring Officer from May 2018 to May 2020, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer from 2010 to 2018, and Deputy General Counsel from 2013 to 2017. Ed also worked as an Associate General Counsel at Parker Drilling Company from 2010 to 2013.
