Jason Brust

Jason Brust is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in restaurant management, culinary instruction, and kitchen operations. Since February 2008, Jason has served as General Manager at Parkhurst Dining Services, where responsibilities include developing mobile concepts, overseeing a licensed Starbucks venue, and managing large-scale culinary operations with an annual volume exceeding $5 million. Previous roles include Executive Chef, where Jason achieved significant cost reductions and meal service for 2,000 employees, and various consulting positions involving menu development and kitchen redesign for multiple clients. With a foundation in culinary education as an instructor at Lorain County Community College and volunteer coordination for charitable events, Jason's background is complemented by early experience as Chef De Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef in renowned hospitality establishments. Jason holds an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement and Business Management from Lakeland Community College.
