Stacy Dorsey

Stacy Dorsey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stacy is currently serving as the Senior Vice President & Chief Workforce Officer at Parkland Hospital since January 2020. Before that, they worked at Vista College as the Executive Vice President from March 2017 to January 2020, where they were responsible for designing and executing effective organizational and human capital strategies.

From 2014 to 2017, Stacy was the Vice President of Human Resources at Conifer Health Solutions, where they led a team of 60+ HR and payroll employees during a period of rapid growth. Stacy also served as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Conifer from 2011 to 2014, where they created and executed a talent acquisition strategy.

Prior to Conifer, Stacy worked at Tenet Healthcare as the Manager of Tenet Hospital Operations Recruitment from 2008 to 2011. Stacy led recruitment initiatives on a national scale and served as a subject matter expert to align with hospital business plans.

Stacy also held the position of System Recruitment Manager at Texas Health Resources from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they focused on ensuring recruitment operations aligned with hospital strategic objectives.

Stacy began their career in the healthcare industry at Cook Children's Health Care System as a Nurse/Allied Health/Professional Recruiter from 2001 to 2003.

Before entering the healthcare industry, Stacy worked at Modis Professional Services as a Trainer/Recruiter from 1998 to 2001.
