Ernie Lauber

Ernie Lauber has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Ernie currently serves as the Group President of Engineered Products at ParkOhio Holding Corp. In this position, they oversee a division with over $500 million in annual global sales and is responsible for managing five operating companies with over 2,000 employees across 40 sites.

Prior to joining ParkOhio, Ernie was the President of the North America, Central America, and Caribbean division at JBT Corporation. In this role, they led a division with over $325 million in revenue and was responsible for the full P/L of the division, including manufacturing, engineering, finance, sales, marketing, and human resources. Ernie managed a team of 500 employees and 12 direct reports across six sites.

Before their time at JBT Corporation, Ernie held the position of Vice President - Americas at Fluke Corporation, where they led the full P/L for the company in North, Central, and South America. Ernie managed all sales, marketing, and strategic functions for the region and played a key role in developing the company's go-to-market strategy.

Earlier in their career, Ernie worked at Matco Tools, a Danaher Company, where they held several leadership positions. These included Senior Vice President of Sales, in which they led a 130-person sales force and implemented strategies to drive sales and profitability. Ernie also served as Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce, overseeing strategic planning, product development, pricing optimization, and brand management for the company.

Ernie's earlier experience includes roles at Danaher Tool Group, Matco Tools, Enidine, and Sorbothane. In these positions, they gained valuable experience in manufacturing management, product marketing, global marketing, and product development roles.

Ernie Lauber completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Dayton, attending from 1988 to 1992. Ernie then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Executive MBA, from Kent State University, studying there from 1999 to 2001.
