Bridget Brown

Bridget Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Bridget started their career as a Systems Administrator at Superior Graphite, where they were responsible for network administration, budgeting, and Lotus Notes development. Bridget then transitioned to a Systems Engineer role, where they implemented Lotus Notes company-wide and reported directly to the CFO.

Following their time at Superior Graphite, Bridget worked as an Application Developer at BP Amoco, Joint Commission, and McDonald's, specializing in Lotus Notes/Domino development and user support.

Bridget then joined Greenbrier & Russel as an IT Project Consultant, working on various projects and roles for nearly a decade. Their responsibilities included business analysis, data analysis, quality assurance, and application development for clients such as BP Amoco, Joint Commission, McDonald's, Hu-Friedy Manufacturing, and Wachovia Securities.

Bridget later worked as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst at Wachovia Securities, focusing on data quality issues and providing analysis to application development teams. Bridget then joined Calamos Investments as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, where they managed a Pivotal CRM team and implemented agile development methodologies.

Before Calamos Investments, Bridget worked as a Business Analyst/Application Developer at Hu-Friedy Manufacturing, leading the evaluation, selection, and implementation of an HRIS vendor and managing employee data integration efforts.

Most recently, Bridget worked at Alcatel-Lucent as a Business Analyst, where they worked on projects supporting application and reporting enhancements, data validation, and architecture consolidation. Their responsibilities included requirements gathering, system analysis, and functional and regression testing.

Bridget's latest position is at Parksite, where they currently serve as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator.

Bridget Brown obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations Management & Information Systems from Northern Illinois University. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Salesforce, including the Salesforce Certified Associate in October 2022 and the Salesforce.com Certified Administrator in October 2016.
