Parkway Construction was founded in 1981 by John Elmer, whose vision was for Parkway to become the “Customer’s Choice” by delivering excellent projects with excellent people. Parkway has realized this vision by placing the highest priority on staying true to its values of integrity, trust, and respect.

Parkway recognized early on that the best way to provide the highest level of service is to develop repeat customers with similar values, and vision. Driven by this philosophy, Parkway established strong relationships with customers that desired to have a better experience as they expanded their concepts.
