Jeremy Brice

Director Customer Success at Parlevel Systems

Jeremy Brice has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and management. Jeremy began their career in the US Army as a Cavalry Scout, where they were responsible for map awareness, enemy equipment identification, and concealment. Jeremy also gained experience in small arms, Humvee, and M2A3 Bradley. After their time in the Army, they worked as a vending coordinator for Royalle Services, where they managed all aspects of MEI Easitrax vending operations, including auditing, sales analysis, inventory, personnel management, hiring, firing, evaluations, logistics, routing, dispatching repairs, and planning machine movements. In December 2014, they joined Parlevel Systems as the Director of Customer Success. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the success of Parlevel's customers by providing training, support, and guidance.

Their manager is Luis P. Gonzalez, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Andrew Minerd - Director Systems Architecture, Alan Munson - Co-Founder & CCO, and Jason Loehman - West Coast Regional Sales Manager.
