Job description

YOUR MISSION:

As our founding Deal Desk Manager you will streamline sales processes, enhance sales productivity, and ensure effective utilization of our commercial tech stack to drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with our all US commercial teams to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions. You will act as a bridge between the commercial team and the Revenue Operations team, to achieve business objectives.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Streamline and Optimise Sales Processes: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the sales pipeline to shorten sales cycles and increase close rates.
  • Leverage CRM and Marketing Tools: Ensure full utilization of Salesforce and Hubspot capabilities to improve lead management, sales forecasting, and reporting.
  • Data Driven Decision Making: Establish a culture of data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and analytics to guide sales strategies.
  • Enhance Sales and Marketing Alignment: Foster close alignment between sales and marketing efforts, ensuring effective lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Define and track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales health and productivity.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Proven experience in managing projects, particularly those related to sales operations improvements or CRM system implementations. 
  • Direct experience in the B2B SaaS sector, with a solid understanding of the industry's unique sales challenges, customer lifecycle, and enterprise sales dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience working directly with sales teams, understanding their needs, and challenges, and how to best support them in achieving their targets. Including experience in training and enabling sales staff to utilize sales tools and processes effectively.
  • Proficient use of Salesforce and Hubspot including setup, customization, management.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, generate insights and make data driven decisions.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills to effectively work with sales teams, cross functionally and senior management. 
  • Ability to think strategically about the sales operations function and its impact on the overall business. 
  • Problem solving skills to address operational challenges, streamline process and implement solutions that drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
