Lisa Berenschot has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lisa is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Parloa, a leading SaaS platform for Conversational AI. Prior to this, they held positions at Kienbaum as a Manager in People & Organization Strategy and Transformation, and as a Senior Consultant in the same field. Lisa also served as the VP of Leadership Development at Women in Business Club during their time at ESADE Business & Law School. Lisa gained experience as an MBA Summer Intern in Business Consulting at Bayer and worked at KPMG as an Assistant Manager and Consulting Associate. Lisa started their career at KPMG as an Intern and also worked as an Intern HR Business Partner at Bosch China.

Lisa Berenschot completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology at Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln. Lisa then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Esade, from 2017 to 2019. As part of their MBA program, they also participated in an exchange semester at Melbourne Business School in 2018.
