Iliana Cruz

Iliana Cruz has extensive experience in the field of revenue management, pricing, and distribution. Iliana currently works as the Corporate Director - Performance, Revenue Management & Distribution at Parques Reunidos since 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Vueling Airlines, including Director of Revenue Management, Pricing & Analytics, and Distribution. Iliana also served as the Executive Director of Revenue Management, Pricing, and Distribution at LOT Polish Airlines, where they successfully turned around loss-making markets and optimized inventory for American and Asian routes. Iliana Cruz co-founded MilvusLab, a revenue management consulting firm, and worked as an Independent Airline Consultant. Iliana also has experience as the Managing Director Retail Europe at Gate Retail Onboard and Head of Revenue Management Division at airBaltic. Prior to that, they worked in revenue management and pricing roles at Mexicana Airlines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Iliana Cruz started their career as a Trading Assistant at Norwest Investment Financial Services, Inc. (Wells Fargo).

Iliana Cruz completed an Executive MBA in General Management from IMD from 2008 to 2011. In 2019, they attended MIT Sloan Executive Education for Digital Business Strategy. Iliana earned a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1992 to 1997. Additionally, Iliana obtained certifications in various areas, including Generative AI from LinkedIn in 2023, the SEABURY Advanced Revenue Management Training Program from Seabury Capital in 2016, and Revenue Management in Tourism from floofl.com in 2014.
