Karina Sanchez has a diverse work experience in Human Resources and IT Recruitment. Karina began their career in 2017 as a Administrative Coordinator for GLOBAL MISTRAL CONSULTING, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection processes, routing telephone calls, tracking office expenses, and maintaining records for employees. In 2019, they became the Human Resources Manager for Infini Distribution LLC, where they managed personnel in the Americas, oversaw the selection process, rationalized employment costs, and managed teams, hiring, and payroll. In 2021, they became the Human Resources Coordinator for Altruism Now, where they supervised and directed action plans and the achievement of strategic objectives for employee engagement, leadership, relations, affirmative action/equal employment programs, and change management. Currently, they are an IT Recruiter for Parrolabs and an Especialista en Reclutamiento TI for Grupo EDB.

Karina Sanchez completed their Master's degree in Successful Entrepreneurship from Maestría Eterna en Emprendimientos Exitosos in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their degree in Business Administration from Universidad Santo Tomás between 2012 and 2017.
