Kshama Swamy has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in customer success, support, delivery, and professional services. In their current role as Senior Vice President at PAR Technology, they oversee post-sales customer management operations and leads mobile app development teams. Kshama also has experience as a Global Vice President at PAR Technology and Intapp, where they managed professional services, support, and partner program teams. Prior to that, they worked at IBM as a Cognos Premium Support Manager and at DFAS as a BI Services & Support Manager. Overall, Kshama Swamy's experience includes scaling organizations, implementing growth initiatives, and achieving exceptional results in customer support and maintenance accounts.
