Todd Vahlsing

Todd Vahlsing has extensive work experience in sales and account management roles. From March 2020 to the present, they have been a Senior Director of Sales Account Management at ParTech, Inc., where they lead a team that maintains and builds business relationships with existing customers. Prior to this, from August 2018 to March 2020, they served as a Senior Director of Strategic Account Management, focusing on maintaining and growing business with strategic tier one accounts, particularly McDonald's. From August 2017 to August 2018, Todd was the Director of Service Account Management, where they ensured customer service needs were met across all tier one accounts. In this role, they also performed technical account management duties for McDonald's. Furthermore, from October 2016 to August 2018, they worked as a Technical Account Manager, providing consulting services to McDonald's and PAR internal teams on various initiatives. Before joining ParTech, Inc., Todd worked at Valley Management Inc. for over 30 years, holding various roles, including Senior Operations Supervisor, Technology Manager, and PCI-ISA.

Todd Vahlsing attended Lawrence University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. In November 2015, they obtained a certification in PCI-ISA from the PCI Security Standards Council.
