Fredrick Gootkind

Fredrick joins Parthenon Therapeutics as a Senior Associate Scientist focusing on Bioinformatics and Data Science. After studying Cell Biology and Chemistry at the University of Rochester, Fredrick began working as a research associate Massachusetts General Hospital before continuing his research at Harvard Medical School, discovering a passion for AI driven imaging and data science in the process. Fredrick is eager to apply his skills to Parthenon's data science pipeline, developing novel methods of studying the tumor microenvironment and identifying key features for predicting tumor response to treatment.
