Yaniv Bar Gil

Yaniv Bar Gil has a strong background in telecommunications, with a focus on fiber infrastructure. Yaniv currently holds the position of Head of Fiber Division at Partner Israel since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Fiber Infrastructure at Partner from December 2020 to February 2023. Before joining Partner, Yaniv worked at Bezeq for many years, holding various leadership roles. Yaniv was the Director of Engineering and Development Products & Services from November 2018 to November 2020, the Director of Infrastructure and Networks Planning from January 2016 to October 2018, and the Director of Infrastructure and Networks Executive from June 2011 to December 2015. Yaniv also served as the PMO of Engineering & IT from May 2008 to May 2011, the Manager of Organization and Methods of Work from May 2007 to April 2008, and a Project Manager from October 2001 to April 2007. Yaniv started their career at Bezeq as a Customer Service and Data Communication Senior Technician from March 1993 to September 2001.

Yaniv Bar Gil earned a Bachelor's degree in Management & Computer Science from The Open University of Israel in 2001. Yaniv then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completing it in 2005. In 2010, they engaged in Senior Management Potential Development at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
