Charleen Hutchinson

Vice President - Credit Risk at Partners Federal Credit Union

Charleen Hutchinson has held various positions throughout their work experience. Charleen started their career as an Engineering Summer Intern at Vistakon in 2002. Charleen then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Northrop Grumman from 2003 to 2004. After that, they joined The Boeing Company as a Senior Crew Systems Engineer from 2004 to 2010. Following their time at Boeing, they worked at Bank of America as an SVP, Consumer Product Strategy Manager, Client Direct Auto from 2010 to 2020. Charleen then moved to USAA, where they served as the Director of Bank Credit Risk from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Vice President of Credit Risk at Partners Federal Credit Union, a position they began in May 2022.

Charleen Hutchinson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Jacksonville University from 1997 to 2001. Charleen then completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis from 2001 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis from 2007 to 2009.
