Andrea Kovacova

Andrea Kovacova has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Andrea is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at PARTNERS GROUP SK since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Volkswagen Financial Services SK from November 2017 to June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Slovenská sporiteľňa from June 2014 to October 2017. Andrea also worked as an HR Consultant at ČSOB Bank, a member of KBC Group, from June 2013 to May 2014. Andrea has previous experience at ING, where they served as an HR Manager from April 2009 to May 2013, and also worked as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist from April 2006 to March 2009. Additionally, they held the roles of HR Sales Force Manager and HR Specialist for Sales Force at ING. Prior to their tenure at ING, Andrea worked as an HR specialist at Eurotel from February 1998 to December 2003. Andrea began their career as an HR specialist at Tatra banka, a.s. from September 1996 to December 1997. Before that, they worked as a Specialist at EU BA Bratislava from September 1995 to August 1996.

Andrea Kovacova received their Master's degree in Education of Adults from Comenius University, Faculty of Philosophy in Bratislava. Andrea completed their studies from 1991 to 1995.
