Gale Nelson

Gale Nelson began their career in 1993 as a Senior Director, Sales Support at Catalina Marketing Corporation. In 2006, they joined CULTURE PARTNERS (formerly Partners In Leadership) where they held various positions including Director & Manager, Account Services, Vice President, Operations, Director & Senior Director, Operations, Marketing Manager, Account Manager, and Business Development Specialist.

Gale Nelson received a BS in Management from San Diego State University in 1985. Gale then went on to receive a Masters in Organizational Management with a focus in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix in 1992. In 2002, they completed the Food Industry Management Program at the University of Southern California. In 2013, Nelson obtained certifications in Holding Others Accountable, The Culture Transition Process, and The Oz Principle Accountability Training from Partners In Leadership. In 2018, they obtained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion & You and Unconscious Bias & You from KnowledgeStart, Inc.
