Roger Snow has a long and varied work experience. Roger began their career in 1985 as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve, where they led a battalian aid station composed of 25 soldiers in a light infantry unit. In 1991, they joined NASA as a Program Analyst, coordinating budgets for engineers and scientists in the Office of Space Science as well as other divisions. In 1996, they became Operations Manager/Loan Officer at Morrison Sartini Group Inc., directing staff of more than 20 employees and managing a $10M warehouse line of credit. In 1999, they became Owner/Operator of Summit Financial, overseeing day-to-day financial and related matters for the company. In 2000, they became Chief Financial Officer of Peak Title & Escrow, establishing the company to provide title and escrow services for mortgage loans. In 2004, they became Sales Vice President at Countrywide, managing inside sales organizations throughout the western U.S. In 2008, they joined Miller Heiman Group as Director of Global Distribution & Partnerships, then as Sales Vice President, responsible for a number of key accounts and the development of new enterprise wide accounts. Roger was then promoted to Vice President of Products, and then Vice President - International Development, responsible for International Sales Operations and the recruitment of international distribution partners. Roger then became Director, Corporate Development, managing the transition of recent acquisition of an Australian distribution partner into Miller Heiman. In 2019, they joined Korn Ferry as Associate Client Partner - Channel Engagement. Most recently, in 2021, they joined CULTURE PARTNERS as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and EVP Global Channel Partnerships.

Roger Snow completed their MBA in Business from the University of Colorado Denver in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their MA in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1991. Roger received their BA in Political Science from The University of New Mexico in 1989. In 2008, they also completed a course with Miller Heiman.
