Our leadership team is drawn from senior-line positions at top-tier consulting firms and have industry experience or possess deep subject matter expertise. Reflecting our diverse engagement portfolio, many of our consultants are generalists.

As our leadership group continues to build a robust pipeline, we are now recruiting at Associate Principal level candidate to support these ongoing efforts. 

Examples of types of engagements currently being staffed:

  • Performance improvement – throughput, sales force effectiveness and cost reduction
  • Procurement - Strategic and rapid sourcing and supply chain
  • Optimization of capital projects – design and execution
  • Due Diligence - CDD and VDD

Key responsiblities

  • Provide overall, on-site, team leadership; usually across multiple teams on a single site
  • Provide support and coaching to client Business Improvement Managers and Managers
  • Ensure: consistency, improvements are embedded and that skills are transferred

Desired Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A proven ability to deliver large scale transformation projects and frontline productivity improvements
  • Have outstanding logic and analytical skills as well as demonstrated capability to solve complex commercial problems.
  • Possess strong interpersonal influencing and coaching skills to work with our client base to effect change and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Take a proactive, team oriented approach to the undertaking of analysis, whilst being both strategic and pragmatic.
  • Be an experienced team leader with the capability to mentor & direct your team
