Amanda Farnan

Amanda Farnan leads press strategy and engagement for the Partnership. Farnan’s passion for a better democracy comes from her hyper-local position as Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner, a nonpartisan official who represents her community’s needs. Her previous roles at the Council of the District of Columbia and multiple media organizations further fuel her drive to support good, transparent government. Her favorite public servant is John Dean, who her grandfather represented as Counsel during the 1973 Watergate hearings.
