Amiko Matsumoto

Amiko Matsumoto is senior executive coach and facilitator for open enrollment and custom leadership programs, supporting the development of emerging leaders up through senior executives. She’s a SHRM Senior Certified Professional with previous cross-sector experience that includes running a strategic initiative for a federal agency, developing partnerships between universities and local nonprofits and leading talent management for the Partnership. Her focus on service and commitment to help people be their best continue to guide her in her most recent work in leadership development. Amiko’s favorite public servant is her mom, Linda Matsumoto, who has helped countless families through her work as a teacher and administrator of the Burbank Adult School’s Parent Education Program.
