Aiden also works as a Nordic Partner at Party.Space and has held leadership roles at Spotify as Head of Px Concepts & Infrastructure (Global) and at ProData Consult as People Manager. Previous experience includes significant roles at Claremont Consulting, Randstad, and Dexters Estate Agent Group, highlighting a robust background in recruitment, consulting, and team management.
