Thibaut Parenteau is an experienced professional in the food production and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Team Leader at PASO Traiteur since September 2020. Prior to this role, Thibaut contributed as a production intern at FROMAGERIE DE VIHIERS, focusing on material loss reduction and new cheese product recipe development. Thibaut's earlier experience includes five seasons at Puy du Fou as a restaurant employee, where responsibilities encompassed cashiering, stock management, and serving, including in a captivating server-dancer role.
