Stefania Swyers

Stefania Swyers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Stefania started their career at Alchera Group in 1997 as an Account Executive. Stefania then joined Interglobo as an Export Manager in 1997 and continued in that role until 2005. At Interglobo North America from 2005 to 2010, Stefania worked as an Export Manager, supervising a team responsible for freight forwarding. In 2010, they joined Pomellato as a Senior Operations Manager, leading a team that handled jewelry importation and distribution. Stefania stayed at Pomellato until 2016 when they joined Pasquale Bruni as a Director of Operations. In this role, Stefania opened and managed the US office, oversaw inventory and budget reporting, and led planning for seasonal collections and merchandising.

Stefania Swyers completed their Master's degree, summa Cum Laude, in Economics at Università degli Studi di Genova from 1990 to 1996. Following this, they pursued further education at Sogea from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
