Emma H.

Emma H. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Emma is currently working as a Product Manager II at Passport since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Product Manager at the same company from April 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Passport, Emma was a Co-founder at Pink Avocado Digital Agency starting from January 2021. Emma also worked as a Public Speaker, starting from March 2020.

In addition, Emma has experience in web development and worked as a Web Developer and Front-end Developer at Trew Knowledge Inc. from March 2019 to March 2022.

Emma H. completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at the University of Waterloo from 2012 to 2017. Emma then pursued further education at HackerYou College of Technology, where they completed a Full-Stack Masterclass in 2019 and a Web Development program in 2018. Prior to their university education, Emma attended Cawthra Park Secondary School from 2009 to 2012 and obtained their Ontario Secondary School Diploma with a focus on the Regional Arts Program.

In addition to their formal education, Emma has obtained various certifications. Emma completed the "Build a Custom Shopify Storefront using React (Headless CMS)" course at Udemy in April 2021. In January 2021, they completed the "Scrum Certification Prep +Scrum Master+ Agile Scrum Training" course also at Udemy. In May 2020, Emma completed the "Become a Product Manager | Learn the Skills and Get the Job" course at Udemy. Emma pursued the "WordPress Gutenberg Blocks for Beginners" course at Udemy in April 2020. Furthermore, Emma obtained their Green Belt certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers in September 2015 and their Yellow Belt from Canada Post/Postes Canada in June 2015. Lastly, they attended the "Web Unleashed (FITC) 2019 Attendee" event organized by FITC in September 2019.
