In May 2020, Emma completed the "Become a Product Manager | Learn the Skills and Get the Job" course at Udemy. Emma pursued the "WordPress Gutenberg Blocks for Beginners" course at Udemy in April 2020. Furthermore, Emma obtained their Green Belt certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers in September 2015 and their Yellow Belt from Canada Post/Postes Canada in June 2015. Lastly, they attended the "Web Unleashed (FITC) 2019 Attendee" event organized by FITC in September 2019.
