LV H. is currently the Head of People & Culture at Frampton Construction. Prior to this, LV has held various leadership roles in companies such as GiANT Worldwide, Paterson Center, JLL, Procore Technologies, HARBRO Emergency Service and Restoration, Sevenly, Monk Development, Mariners Church, and Catalyst Conference. With a background in Communication & Business from the University of Colorado Boulder, LV has extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, culture strategy, and organizational development.
