Erin Carlson

Erin Carlson is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the nonprofit and global health sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Global Recruiter at PATH since October 2021, Erin specializes in recruitment for the Product Development and Global Health Programs divisions, including the Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access and the Center of Digital and Data Excellence. Previous roles include recruiting various HR positions at Amazon and managing global HR operations for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Additionally, Erin has a background in disaster response with the American Red Cross and extensive recruitment management experience during a long tenure at the Peace Corps. Educational credentials include a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound.
