Bhanu Mohanty

Bhanu Mohanty is the current Chief Technology Officer at PathFactory. Prior to this, Bhanu served as the VP and Chief Architect at Punchh from January 2020 to January 2021. In this role, Bhanu was responsible for overseeing the company's technology initiatives and developing ruby on rails, golang, and python applications. Before Punchh, Bhanu served as the CTO at Carnivore Inc. from August 2018 to January 2020. At Carnivore, Bhanu oversaw the development of ClanHQ, the first chat app designed by and for mobile gaming guilds, clans, and alliances. ClanHQ was developed using IOS (Swift), Android, AWS Cloud, Go, MongoDB, NATS, and Web Socket technologies. Bhanu also has experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Analytics, and snowflake DB. Prior to Carnivore, Bhanu served as the CTO at Fishbowl Inc. from December 2015 to July 2018. Fishbowl was acquired by Symphony Technology Group during Bhanu's tenure. At Fishbowl, Bhanu oversaw the development of a mobile app for retail and restaurants as well as a digital marketing cloud on AWS. Bhanu also has experience with marketing automation, multi-channel marketing, big data analytics, and customer engagement.

Bhanu Mohanty has a Masters in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
