Asma T. has a diverse background in human resources, starting from their role as a Sales Assistant at PepsiCo in 2008 and progressively advancing to Managerial positions within various organizations. Their most recent position at Pathfinder International involved leading HR operations for a USAID-funded project. Prior to this, they held managerial roles at DAI, CNFA, and Agribusiness Support Fund, overseeing recruitment, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. Asma also gained experience in HR management at Sharif Trust and Nishat Chunian Group.

Asma T. completed their Certification in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Administrative Sciences in 2005. Asma then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the National College Of Business Administration & Economics between 2009 and 2010. Subsequently, they participated in the LUMS-ASP training on HR Management in 2012 and earned a degree in Human Resource Management: Tools & Techniques for Performance Excellence from Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2013. Lastly, they completed a Certification in Human Resources Professional from NUST Professional Development Centre in December 2023 and a Professional Diploma in Employee Relations & Labor Laws from NUST in 2024. Additionally, they obtained certification for Residential training for Effective Implementation of Anti-Sexual Harassment Law at Workplace in 2019.
