Simon Hogan

Simon Hogan has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Simon currently works as the VP of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at Pathfinder Medical since February 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of EU Medical Affairs at Steba biotech S.A from April 2020 to January 2022. Simon has also held positions at BTG, where they served as the Senior Director of Medical Strategy from January 2016 to April 2020, and as the Director of Medical at PEM International from November 2014 to April 2020. Simon worked as the Medical Director at Gedeon Richter from February 2013 to October 2014. Simon started their career at Sanofi, where they held various roles including Medical Manager from January 2011 to February 2013, Senior Medical Advisor from March 2010 to February 2011, and Medical Advisor from November 2007 to March 2010. Simon began their professional journey as a Senior House Officer at NHS from August 2004 to November 2007.

Simon Hogan completed their education in a chronological order. In 1997, they began their studies at King's College London and obtained a degree in Medicine (MBBS) in 2003. Following this, they pursued further education at the Royal College of Surgeons of England from 2005 to 2007, earning a degree in Surgery (MRCS). In 2004, Hogan attended Imperial College London and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Surgical Technology, which lasted until 2007. Lastly, they studied at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine, specializing in the field of Pharmaceutical Medicine.
