Michael Burke

Michael Burke currently serves as Legal Counsel at Pathward since April 2023. Previously, Michael worked as an Associate at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP from September 2021 to December 2022 and completed a Summer Associate role at the same firm in 2020. Michael's legal education was acquired at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where participation as a 3L and Research Assistant under Associate Dean Paul Rose involved research into state and federal venture capital programs. Prior to transitioning to law, Michael served in the US Army for five years as a Senior Intelligence Advisor, providing senior-level advice on security concerns and leadership, and held various roles involving supervision and training within a large organization. Educational qualifications include a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, a comparative law program at the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a double major in Russian and Arabic.
