Michael Lister

Michael Lister has a diverse and successful work history. Michael began their career at H&R Block, where they worked for over 24 years, ultimately becoming the Senior Vice President. Lister then joined Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. as Chairman, CEO, and President, where they led a successful transformation and growth of the company. After leaving Jackson Hewitt, Lister started their own consulting company, Mendham Valley Consulting, LLC. Michael later joined Navigator Financial Products, LLC as President, overseeing marketing, compliance, and technology. Currently, Lister is serving as Division President of the Tax Division at Pathward, where they are responsible for leading and directing tax refund processing service brands and lending portfolio data & underwriting teams. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in the tax industry and their ability to drive growth and success in various organizations.

Michael Lister obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting & Finance from Florida State University between 1973 and 1975.
