Wil Bloodworth

Wil Bloodworth has a diverse background in software development and enterprise architecture. Wil is currently working at Pathway Capital Management as the Vice President and Lead Enterprise Architect. Prior to this, they held the role of Lead Enterprise Architect at the same company.

Before joining Pathway Capital Management, Wil worked at Perficient as the Director of Solutions for six years. In this role, they were responsible for enterprise architecture, technical sales, contract creation/negotiation, and mentoring/training, primarily in the financial sector.

Wil also has experience as the CEO and Co-Founder of Excolo Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on delivering custom software solutions to clients in industries such as healthcare, aerospace, transportation, banking, finance, and marketing.

Additionally, they worked at Konverge Labs as the Delivery Director and Enterprise Solutions Architect, where they were involved in business development, team management, solution architecture, and creating guidelines and standards.

Earlier in their career, Wil held positions at Improving Enterprises as an Enterprise Architect, Heartland Payment Systems as a Senior Software Engineer, Kodak Health Group as a Senior Software Engineer, Nortel as a Senior Software Engineer, Maxim Group as a Senior Consultant, and MEDHOST as a Senior Software Engineer.

Throughout their career, Wil has gained expertise in various industries, including aerospace, healthcare, transportation, banking, finance, and marketing. Wil has demonstrated their ability to deliver high-quality software solutions and optimize processes for increased productivity.

Wil Bloodworth holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stephen F. Austin State University, which they obtained between 1990 and 1996. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in "Exam 498: Delivering Continuous Value with Visual Studio Application Lifecycle Management" from Microsoft in 2017 and "shaping-up-with-angular-js" from Code School in 2015.
